The location was favourable, right by central area of Can Tho surrounding by many local, and the lake and food street and easily accessible. I had an incredible experience at a hotel in Vietnam. The rooms were immaculately clean and the staff went above and beyond to assist me. When I had an accident with a rented motorcycle, the hotel owner accompanied me to the hospital and even paid for half of the repair costs. The level of support and kindness I received from the staff was unparalleled. I highly recommend this hotel for its exceptional service and care.

During my Christmas stay, I was impressed with the cleanliness and spaciousness of the room. The bed was comfortable and the shower room was well-maintained with hot water and non-slip tiles. the location of the hotel was ideal, situated in a quiet spot but still within easy reach of the city center. I also appreciated the use of the free bicycles provided by the hotel, which made it convenient to explore the surroundings.

One aspect that could be improved upon was the lack of a desk/table and chair in the room. As someone who needed to do some work during my stay, I had to make do with a makeshift work area using a short chair and luggage rack.
